Youth


Open Pre-School Play Date
Thursdays from 9:30am-10:30 am.
FREE to all
This program is an hour of playtime for pre-school age children that provides an opportunity for informal play and socialization. Age appropriate equipment (balls, mats, etc.) will be available. Parent/guardian must accompany child. Ages 0-5 years.

Health & Fitness


Open Basketball
Mondays, 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm
Members: Free
Non-Member:Day pass fee*
Bring along some friends for a 3-on-3 or pick-up game. Youth 14 and older may participate with a parent.

Open Volleyball
Tuesdays, 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm
Members:Free
Non-Member:Day pass fee*
Bring along some friends for a game. The gym will be open for volleyball, rules enforced by the honor system. Youth 14 and older may participate with a parent.There will be no open volleyball during Volleyball League.

Open Dodgeball
Friday, 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm
Members:Free
Non-Member:Day pass fee*
Bring along some friends for a game. The gym will be open for dodgeball, rules enforced by the honor system. Youth 14 and older may participate with a parent.

Personal Training
Member: $12.50/hour
Non-Member: $25/hour
Available for one-on-one with YMCA staff. Redevelop your exercise routine. Tailored to meet YOUR goals. CARE about your body, mind & soul by calling to make an appointment.

Body Analysis & Fitness Testing
Member:Free every three months (January, April, July, October)
April 15, 16, 26. See Welcome desk to make an appointment)
Body Analysis-this 10 minute test includes: percentage of body fat, ideal body fat, and ideal weight.
Fitness Testing-a 30 minutes test to assess flexibilty, muscle stenthe and cardiovascular endurance

B.A.T.-Basic Aid Training
Saturday, May 31st

Non-Member: $45*
B.A.T. introdices children to safety informaion and first aid preceduters for breathing dificulties, bleeding, poisoning, burns, shock and other emergencies. Participants should bring a bag lunch. Instructor: Keith Brown


AOA Programs (Active Older Adults)


AOA Meet and Greet
The last Wednesday of each month.
Wednesday, May 28th
10:00 am–11:00 am
Members: Free
Non-Member: Day Pass Fee*
Come in and meet other YMCA active older adults. Have a cup of coffee, chat, workout or play cards with other YMCA active older adults. Look for special programs to be offered during the AOA meet and greet.

SilverSneakers-Muscular Strenght & Range of Motion
Mondays & Wednesdays 9:00-10:00 am
SilverSneakers Members Members: Free
YMCA Members: $10/month, Walk-in $2*
Non-Member: $20/month, Walk-ins $4*
*Based on the 1st day of the month
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strengthe, range of motion, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handels, and a ball are used often for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
